2. The Service
Sojourn House is a property portal that aggregates listings from third-party partners and our own curated inventory across hotels, short-term rentals, long-term rentals, and homes for sale. We may earn commissions on bookings made through partner links.
3. Third-party bookings
Bookings made through partner links (Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda, etc.) are subject to the terms, policies, and pricing of those partners. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for the conduct of any partner.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Lead submissions
Information you submit through inquiry forms may be shared with agents, brokers, property managers, or other licensed partners we believe match your needs. By submitting, you consent to such contact.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service; not to submit false or misleading information; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or available at the stated price.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sojourn House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
